Let me tell you what to expect at your stop smoking
hypnosis session with Linda Gentry.
  • The hypnosis Session is private and personalized just for you.
    The more information I know about you the more I can
    personalize the process for you and therefore increases the
    possible you achieve your goal in one session.  

  • The majority of the people I work with become NON-
    SMOKERS in one session.  

  • Some individuals require more than one session to achieve
    their goal to be a NON-Smoker

  • The session will begin with answering your questions
There is NO stupid or insulting question
Your questions are very important

  • I will begin to give you information about how hypnosis works
    and what the experience is for many people

  • You will then experience being hypnotized.  The only way you
    being to really understand what hypnosis is... Is to experience  
    it.  The experience is a little different for each individual

  • If you are like most people you will be surprised at how alert
    you are and that you can accept or reject what I say. You will
    not do anything against your will in hypnosis.  That is why it is
    important that I understand what your needs are so I can
    phrase the words I use in the most acceptable style for you.

  • You can ask questions during hypnosis and we can do some
    hypnosis exercises so you can evaluate the process

  • After you have had a chance to experience the state called
    hypnosis we will begin the process of behavior change using
    hypnosis based on the information I obtained in the pre-talk.

  • You will be alert after the session and be able to drive home
    on your own alert and oriented

  • Your body may feel like you just wake up from a nap but you
    will not have been a sleep just in that level just above sleep.
    You go to this level of relaxation every night before you go to
    sleep.  The level just above sleep where your muscles are
    relaxed and you might even have some muscle twitching but
    your mind is very busy and from there you go to sleep.  
    Hypnosis is NOT sleep.
